Each order of Advanced PAP+ Teeth Whitening Kit consists of:

• 4 × Thermoforming Mouth Trays

1. Mould: Boil water, let cool for 6–7 minutes. Submerge the tray for 3–4 seconds, place in your mouth, bite gently, and use suction to shape. Hold for 10–15 seconds, then cool in cold water. Repeat for lower tray.

2. Trim: After moulding, trim off tabs and extra plastic with sharp scissors. Focus on edges near the gum line for a comfortable fit and to prevent irritation.

3. Whiten: Brush and floss before use. Apply 0.5 ml gel to the top tray and 0.5 ml to the bottom tray (1 ml total). Each 3 ml syringe provides 3 full treatments. Insert trays and press lips for a snug fit.

4. Activate: Switch on the LED light and attach it to the trays. Wear for 20–45 minutes—start with 20 mins and increase gradually as your teeth adjust. The light enhances whitening results.

5. Clean: Rinse your mouth thoroughly and clean your toothbrush after use. Wash trays in lukewarm water, dry, and store in the case provided. Avoid hot water to prevent warping.
