Each order of Advanced PAP+ Teeth Whitening Kit consists of:

• 1 × Instruction Manual
  
• 1 × Shade Guide
  
• 1 × Blue Light Whitening Accelerator
  
• 6 × 3ml Whitening Gels (up to 18 applications)
  
• 4 × Thermoforming Mouth Trays

This process from start to finish takes up to 15 minutes.

Step 1: Brush your teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes before starting.

Step 2: Each syringe contains enough gel for one treatment. Apply half of the gel to the top of the mouth tray and the other half to the bottom.

Step 3: Attach the tray to the LED device, press the button to power it on, and place it in your mouth for 20 minutes. 

Step 4: Once finished, spit out any excess gel and rinse your mouth with water.

Step 5: Separate the tray from the LED device and clean the tray with hot water before your next use.
